Idaho State Police are continuing to investigate a two-vehicle collision that occurred on Tuesday November 25th. The accident took place in Nampa, on westbound Interstate 84, near milepost 39.
The first vehicle, a white 2013 Ford F450, was being driven westbound by a 21-year-old man from Nampa with an adult male passenger. At approximately 3:06 p.m., the Ford was struck in the rear by a second vehicle, a black 2007 GMC Sierra. The driver, a 31-year-old man from Meridian, was also traveling westbound carrying multiple juvenile passengers.
Following the collision, one of the juvenile passengers of the GMC tragically succumbed to their injuries. No report is given of the other passengers or the driver of the GMC. Both the driver and passenger of the Ford were uninjured. The cause of the collision is unknown.
